The support used for the realization of the printed circult is
called FR4 (laminated in epoxy resin reinforced glass with branch
on both sides). The thickness of the c.s. is of 1.6 milimeter
with deposit of branch 35 micron. E' be adopted the technique
HAL (hot air leveling) for better distribution of the tin-lead.
